Efficient Movement Training
Rolf Movement® sessions focus on how you can use the changes introduced by the Rolfing® process in daily life. Learn to avoid strain and injury while doing the activities you want to do.
Movement sessions require patience and attention on the part of the client. You will learn to notice subtle sensations in your body and change long-held movement patterns. Although these sessions are usually not physically tiring, they are often mentally challenging.
Movement sessions have some hands-on fascial manipulation, but much less than a typical Rolfing Structural Integration session. Wear comfortable clothing, and if you want to focus on walking or running, bring appropriate shoes.
